Service Description
WDN Truck Service provides commercial vehicle repair, maintenance, and emergency roadside assistance services. Our services include but are not limited to diesel engine repair, brake system service, transmission repair, electrical system maintenance, and preventive maintenance programs.
Service Appointments and Scheduling
Appointment Booking
- Service appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website
- We will confirm all appointments and provide estimated service timeframes
- Emergency services are available 24/7 and will be prioritized accordingly
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service charge
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances
Pricing and Payment Terms
Service Pricing
- All service pricing is subject to change without notice
- Written estimates will be provided for major repairs exceeding $500
- Additional charges may apply for after-hours, weekend, or emergency services
- Diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed before service begins
Payment Methods and Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Fleet accounts may be established with approved credit applications
- Late payment charges may apply to overdue accounts
Service Quality and Warranty
Warranty Coverage
- We provide a 90-day/10,000-mile warranty on parts and labor for most repairs
- Warranty coverage is limited to the specific services performed
- Manufacturer warranties apply to new parts and components
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of equipment
Service Standards
We strive to provide quality service using industry-standard practices and procedures. All work is performed by trained technicians using appropriate tools and equipment. However, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden problems not apparent during initial diagnosis.
Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle Preparation
- Remove all personal items and cargo from vehicles before service
- Provide accurate vehicle information and service history when requested
- Inform us of any known problems or safety concerns
- Ensure vehicle is accessible and safe for service personnel
Authorization and Communication
- Provide written authorization for repairs exceeding estimate amounts
- Maintain current contact information for service updates
- Respond promptly to requests for additional authorization
- Pick up vehicles within reasonable time after service completion
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not responsible for consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, downtime costs, or other indirect damages resulting from vehicle problems or service delays.

24/7 Availability
Emergency roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency services include:
- Mobile repair services
- Heavy-duty towing
- Jump start and battery service
- Tire service and replacement
- Fuel delivery
Emergency Service Terms
- Emergency service rates apply to after-hours and weekend calls
- Response times may vary based on location and weather conditions
- Payment may be required before service for emergency calls
- Towing charges are based on distance and equipment required
Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Customer information is used solely for service delivery and business operations. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration under North Dakota state law. The prevailing party may be entitled to attorney fees and costs.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Dakota. Any legal proceedings must be brought in North Dakota state courts.
